Cancellation Policy
Decluttering Collection Drive: Once booked, the Collection Slots cannot be rescheduled. Please be mindful that we have limited slots for collection and a lot of interest to avail this service. A lot of scheduling, route mapping and coordination with collection agent goes in ensuring this is a smooth process for you, our conscious consumer. If you wish to cancel, please inform our team 24 hours prior and note that the nominal collection fees can not be refunded at this stage. ThriftEx: Please cancel or reschedule your ThriftEx appointment 48 hours before your slot or earlier. A lot of time, love, and care goes into creating your customised ThriftEx experience, which is why we charge a nominal fee if you cancel close to your appointment.
