Every garment on EcoDhaga undergoes a thorough quality assessment before being listed. We carefully evaluate its condition, construction, and overall wearability to ensure it meets our standards. Each product is clearly categorized as Brand New, Rarely Worn, Pre-Loved, or Upcycled. You can also use these categories to filter products while browsing. For more details on how we classify garment conditions, please refer to our Store policy.

Sizing can vary across brands and styles, which is why we provide garment sizes for every item listed. We recommend comparing the listed measurements by referring to our Size guide. If you're between sizes or need additional assistance, our team will be happy to help you find the right fit.

As a brand committed to circular fashion and reducing textile waste, we encourage you to carefully review product details, measurements, photographs, and condition notes before making a purchase. Please refer to our "STORE POLICY" for complete details.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–14 business days, depending on your location. As a small brand on a big mission, we appreciate your patience. Having second thoughts about second hand garments? Our team especially curates each item in the collection, whether online or in-store. What separates us from the social commerce thrift stores, is we focus on transparency, quality assurance, and building a conscious community around sustainable fashion. By choosing a pre-loved garment, you're giving a quality piece its next chapter while helping maximize the value of the materials. It's a thoughtful choice that combines style, quality, and positive impact. You’re a sustain-a-babe and we love it, after all sustainability starts at home, and with EcoDhaga, it can be right from your closet to climate impact.
