Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Fulfilment Policy

We strive to get your order to you as soon as we can but in case you have any queries, here's our shipping policy:

  • We aim to process and ship your order within two working days of you placing it. 
     

  • We ship all over India, so order away! We haven't gone international yet though.
     

  • Our shipping and fulfilment partner will get in touch with you and deliver on time.
     

  • Good things come to those who wait. Your order should be delivered to you within 3-14 days of placing it.
     

  • If you order for more than INR 2,000, voila, delivery is on us!
     

  • Delivery may be affected by Covid-19 restrictions, especially if your delivery address is in a containment or restricted area. 

Return & Refund Policy

Didn't like what you purchase? We're sorry to hear that. Let us sort that out for you. We only ask that you adhere to our return policy before raising a request.

  • Returns are only available for orders above INR 2,000.
     

  • Our return window is 3 days, so don't procrastinate! If you need to return a piece, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. This way, we can expect your return and process it in time.
     

  • Returns are not available for items purchased during a sale or from the sale section.
     

  • Not satisfied with the product you’ve received? Simply fill the Return Reason on the print invoice sent along with your order, and send your return package our way! 
     

  • The return is your responsibility; you can return an item to our registered address, and once our quality team is satisfied we will process your return.
     

  • Please be mindful that the return will only be processed if the tag is intact.​
     

  • We do not issue refunds but you will get store credit for the price of the garment returned, which can be used towards your next purchase. 
     

  • A flat processing fee of INR 150 will be charged for all returns and will be deducted from the order total amount before we process your voucher credits. We want to provide our customers with ease and convenience in their shopping experience, but we equally value the time and efforts of our employees. This processing fee goes towards our employee wages, who work very hard to quality check every item that comes in and goes out of our workshop. 
     

  • We do not allow exchanges or replacements. However, with the refunded credits, you can shop for anything on our website!
