Cancellation Policy

Please note, we are not "waste" collectors, and therefore if you fail to follow our decluttering guidelines, a small charge for the treatment and processing of those garments may be levied on you (calculable per kg) in addition to the collection fees. Please note, for the collections, we have partnered with a logistics agency and do not conduct these independently. For high rise and apartment residents, they maybe asked to drop them off on the ground floor. By participating in EcoDhaga's declutter sessions, you agree to the utilization of donated items for business viability and sustainable disposal. Donations may cover operational costs and be sold, online or offline, for cost recovery. Products maybe even be altered, repaired, repurposed, upcycled or recycled as would be considered most appropriate and feasible. Proceeds will be reinvested in eco-friendly initiatives. This disclaimer is a binding part of the terms and conditions agreed upon by signing and submitting the form.
